The terms that apply when you use this website or engage Afri-Cafe.

Use of this website

This website provides general information about our services. While we take care to keep it accurate, the content is not legal, tax or financial advice and may change without notice.

Quotes and pricing

  • Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
  • Statutory and government fees are charged separately where indicated.
  • Prices marked "From" depend on scope; custom services are quoted individually.

Our services

  • We provide administrative, compliance-support, digital and communication services as described in each quote or service agreement.
  • Outcomes that depend on third parties — such as approvals by CIPC, SARS or other authorities, or tender awards — are outside our control and are not guaranteed.
  • You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide.

Package offers

These conditions apply to benefits included in our qualifying new-company registration packages. They may be changed or ended for future purchases; packages already paid for keep their benefits.

Business Bank Account Application Assistance

  • Included with qualifying new-company registration packages.
  • Afri-Cafe helps prepare your application and supports the bank's onboarding process.
  • Approval and account opening are decided solely by the bank and are not guaranteed.
  • The bank's FICA/KYC, risk and eligibility requirements and account terms apply.
  • Any bank charges or account fees are set by the bank.
  • Afri-Cafe has no banking partnership, and no partnership is implied.

FREE CSD Registration Assistance

  • Qualifying registration packages only; one initial CSD registration assistance service per qualifying company.
  • Waives Afri-Cafe's normal assistance fee; National Treasury does not charge for CSD registration.
  • Not exchangeable for cash.
  • Requires the necessary business and banking information, including an open business bank account.
  • Ordinarily redeemable within six months of purchasing the package. Delays caused by Afri-Cafe or an approved fulfilment process do not count against this period.
  • Requires your cooperation in providing information and completing the steps we request within reasonable timeframes.
  • Normal standalone Afri-Cafe assistance fee: R695.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans run month to month unless your service agreement states otherwise. Notice periods, included hours and any minimum terms are set out in your agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
